Community Safety Officer

CSO position consists of enforcing Provincial Acts under a Special Constable Appointment granted from the Government of Saskatchewan. I have been give the authority to enforce the Traffic Safety Act, The Alcohol and Gaming Regulations Act, 1997, The Highways and Transportation Act, 1997, The Environmental Management and Protection Act, 2010, The Mental Health Services Act, The Tobacco Act, The All-Terrain Vehicles Act, The Snowmobile Act, The Municipalities Act, The Trespass to Properties Act, The Summary Offence Procedures Act and The Cannabis Control Act.

Beyond the enforcement spectrum, I also look at delivering education on these Acts and helping to create a safer place for Flying Dust First Nation community members. My goal as well as the leadership of Flying Dust First Nation is to create a safer community for all. We must all work together to create a safe environment for one another.
